  • Your Details enable Chubb to validate your claim. You must have an email address to submit a claim.
  • Contact Information allows Chubb to give you real-time updates on your claim status or contact you for additional information.
  • Supporting Documents vary based on claim type, but any relevant receipts, photographs or quotes should be attached to your online submission to expedite assessment.
  • Intended Payee Information allows Chubb to quickly make approved payments.

Through the Chubb Claim Centre you can begin processing your claim online, receive immediate confirmation of submission and reduce steps and time to completion. You must have an email address to submit a claim.

Time Limit

You must complete the online submission in one session. If you do not have all the materials or enough time you can request a PDF form.
